Eclectic is the south-shore gateway to Lake Martin, and the pest pressure comes from both directions. To the north, the coves and shoreline toward Kowaliga and Real Island are the highest mosquito habitat in Elmore County from March through October. To the south and east, the pine timber and pasture between Eclectic and Wetumpka send mice, crickets, and spiders toward every garage when the nights cool in October. Most homes here are on larger, wooded lots — tick country — with crawlspaces, outbuildings, and wood in contact with damp ground, which is what subterranean termites look for. Our exterior program treats the foundation, the tree line, and the outbuildings on a schedule, so the pressure stays outside whether the house is a full-time home or a weekend place.

Kowaliga, Real Island, and the south-shore coves keep mosquitoes going March–October. Eight seasonal treatments reduce the yard population; tick coverage is added for the wooded lots that make up most of Eclectic. We do not promise to remove every mosquito.
Crawlspaces, docks, and outbuildings on damp ground are regular termite finds. Sentricon® Always Active™ protects the structure with no drilling; termite work is quoted after a free WDO inspection.
Mice and rats come off the timber and pasture toward houses in October. Exclusion at garage doors, vents, and utility penetrations is part of every exterior visit.
Fire ants in the open lawns are the first call; odorous house and carpenter ants follow. Nuisance ants are on the pest plan; fire ants are a separate whole-yard treatment, $150 for most yards.
Wolf spiders and brown recluses follow insects into garages, barns, and outbuildings in the fall. Reducing the food supply is what lowers spider pressure.
Barns, boathouse rafters, and porch soffits are where nests start. Nests within reach of the structure are treated on routine visits.

Yes. Routine exterior service does not require anyone home, and the free termite inspection covers the dock, boathouse, and outbuildings.
Mosquito service includes eight treatments from March through October. It is $45 a month for an average-size yard, with a firm price after a free inspection and equal monthly ACH payments across the year; the price is $34 a month only when paired with a pest plan.
