What does the interior + exterior plan cost?
The quarterly inside-and-outside plan is $98 per quarter — four visits a year, each covering interior trouble spots and the full exterior perimeter. Adding flea treatment brings it to $128 per quarter.
How is this different from the bi-monthly plan?
Our bi-monthly plan ($35/month) is exterior-first — six visits a year protecting your home from the outside, with no need to be home. The quarterly plan adds interior treatment to every visit for homes that want inside coverage too.
Why does flea treatment require the interior plan?
Fleas live where pets live — carpets, bedding, baseboards, and furniture. Effective flea control has to treat inside the home, so it's offered as a $30-per-quarter add-on to this plan.
When can my family use treated rooms again?
We use only EPA-registered products and apply them exactly as the label directs. Before your technician leaves, they'll let you know when treated areas are ready again — usually as soon as everything's dry.
Do I need to be home for every visit?
For interior treatment, yes — we need access to the inside of your home. We schedule visits in windows that work for you, and the exterior portion can be done any time.
