From downtown Irondale to the wooded lots along Grants Mill Road, EnviroCare protects Irondale homes as part of our east Birmingham routes — family-owned since 1958.
Irondale sits right against Ruffner Mountain's 1,000+ wooded acres, so homes here face steady pressure from ants, spiders, rodents, and the mosquitoes that breed along Shades Creek's feeders. Our bi-monthly perimeter program holds the line.
Every Irondale home gets the same four-pillar program — pest, termite, mosquito, and tick protection from the same family-owned team.

What we treat most often around Irondale — and how each program handles it.
Irondale's older housing stock and moist Jefferson County soil give Eastern subterranean termites easy access. Sentricon® Always Active™ bait stations protect the structure with no drilling — up to $1M in damage coverage on qualifying homes.
Lots backing up to the Ruffner Mountain preserve see seasonal rodent migration as temperatures drop. Exterior bait station programs keep the perimeter monitored without interior exposure.
Shades Creek feeders and shaded, wooded yards keep mosquitoes active March through October. The 30-day yard barrier makes the porch usable again.
Argentine and odorous ants persist through mild winters, and open yards breed fire ants. Nuisance ants are covered bi-monthly; whole-colony fire ant treatment starts at $150, priced by yard size.
Our bi-monthly perimeter program is $35/month on ACH, or $70 per bi-monthly visit — 30+ pests covered, free re-services between visits. Monthly pricing uses a 12-month ACH billing agreement; per-visit terms are confirmed in writing before service starts.
Yes — wooded-edge lots are exactly what our perimeter program is built for. We treat the harborage zones where pests stage before they reach the house, and re-services between visits are free.
Yes. Sentricon® Always Active™ uses in-ground bait stations — no drilling, no tank trucks — with up to $1M coverage on qualifying homes. The inspection is free.
